Earl or “Hey Earl” continues the family tradition of preparing some of the tastiest meats you will ever try in your life. Earl sources organic and local meats to produce tasty morsels of nourishment that he learned to make from a long line of pitmasters before him. Earl has smoked meats and made sausages all over the world for as long as he can remember, but for the past few decades he has called Costa Rica home. The Pizza Shop was lucky to have Earl become part of our team, and you can see his dedication to his craft shine throughout our menu.

Many of Hey Earl’s custom sausages, smoked/cured meats, and jerky are available in our deli display case. If you do not see one of your favorites for sale, run it by Earl and he will be happy to fill your custom order. Earl is always up for a challenge.
